SPICY GRILLED TOFU

Ingredients1 (14 ounce) package firm tofu
Â¼ cup lime juice & zest
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
5 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 cloves garlic, minced salt and black pepper to taste
1. Whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Heavily brush the tofu with the marinade. Cover the plate with plastic wrap, and marinate tofu in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate. Grill the tofu until almost blackened in spots, brushing occasionally with the marinade, about 10 to 15 minutes.
