Black Bean Nut Loaf

Ingredients

1 cup Black Beans cooked = about 3 cups

1/2 cup chopped onions

1/2 cup hopped bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 tsp chopped garlic

1 jalapeno pepper

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

Salt to preference

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 lemon juiced

1 cup bread crumbs

1 pinch Thai leaves

1/2 cup Chopped parsely

Preparation

1. Mix all the upper portion ingredients and roll into a long sausage.

2. Make a topping from the bottom three ingredients, then roll the sausage into this breadcrumb mixture.

3. Bake in oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit, approx 30-40 minutes.
