Pan bagna
From Cordon Bleu Ottawa

Ingredients
- 4 Round country breads
- 4 roma tomato
- 1 lettuce
- 1pc Green shallot
- 1 celeries stalk
- 8 pc Black olive
- 4 pc hard boil eggs
- 4 pc Anchovy
- 4pc red radish
- 1 Canned tuna or homemade white tuna confit
- 2 pc artichokes
- Olive oil
- Red wine vinegar
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
- Slice all the vegetables finely
- Slice the hard boiled eggs
- Cut the anchovy into strip
- Cut the bread lengthwise and put some olive oil and vinegar, season on both side
- Built the sandwich starting with the lettuce, the sliced tomato,
- Hard boil eggs and continue with the rest of the vegetables, finishing with the tuna, olive and anchovy
