Cucumber Mint Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 whole cucumber - peeled and seeded
- ½ juiced lime
- 1 tsp mint - chopped
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
Preparation
- Peel and seed the cucumber cut into 1 inch pieces.
- In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve. You can reserve the smoothie wrapped in the chiller over night.
- Be sure to give the smoothie a vigorous stir or place back in the blender and pulse for 30 seconds prior to serving.
