Apple Mary

Ingredients
Filling
- Ida Red Apples 2lbs
- Sugar 2tbsp
- Cinnamon pinch
Crumble
- Flour ½ cup
- Oats ½ cup
- Brown sugar ½ cup
- Cinnamon pinch
- Butter, room temp. ½ cup
Preparation
Filling
- Peel, core and slice apples into wedges (8ths)
- Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon until well coated
- Place apples in 2” deep oven pan
Crumble
- In a large bowl mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon
- Add butter and mix by hand until butter is in small pieces, (size of a small pea). The mixture should stick together when pressed but still fall apart easily
- Sprinkle mixture over the apples, do not press down
- Bake in 375°F oven for 45min to 1 hour, or until apples are slightly undercooked and the crumble is golden brown
