Ham, Smoked Cheddar and Asparagus Breakfast Strata

Ingredients

  1. ½ loaf of day old Italian bread cut into pieces or left over stuffing
  2. 1 cup diced Ham
  3. 1 cup asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces
  4. ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Egg Mixture:

  1. 10 Eggs
  2. 1 cup Milk
  3. Salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Layer bread, ham, asparagus and cheese, then add Egg Mixture
  2. Bake at 350F for about 1 hour.
  3. It should be puffy and golden brown! 
  4. Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.
  5. Cut and serve!
