Seafood Ciopino

Ingredients
- 100 grams sliced squid
- 100 grams cubed wild salmon
- 300 grams jumbo scallops
- 200 grams poached oysters
- 100 grams Matane shrimp
- Roasted peppers - to taste
- 1/2 melted Vidalia onion
- 1 tbsp garlic flower
- pinch of saffron
- 1/2 cup Suntech tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper
- Grilled baguette
Preparation
- Sautee seafood
- Add remaining ingredients, sautee
- Simmer 3-4 minutes
- Garnish with grilled baguette
