Ingredients

  1. 100 grams sliced squid
  2. 100 grams cubed wild salmon
  3. 300 grams jumbo scallops
  4. 200 grams poached oysters
  5. 100 grams Matane shrimp
  6. Roasted peppers - to taste
  7. 1/2 melted Vidalia onion
  8. 1 tbsp garlic flower
  9. pinch of saffron
  10. 1/2 cup Suntech tomato sauce
  11. 1/2 cup white wine
  12. Salt and pepper
  13. Grilled baguette

Preparation

  1. Sautee seafood
  2. Add remaining ingredients, sautee
  3. Simmer 3-4 minutes
  4. Garnish with grilled baguette
