Dipping Sauces
A Soupcon Recipe

Ingredients
Ginger Cream Dipping Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup of sour cream
- juice of 1 lime
- 1tbsp rice vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 knob of ginger grated
Garlic Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 1tsp sea salt
- 3tsp chili sauce (such as sambal olek)
- 1tbsp chopped cilantro
Preparation
Ginger Cream Dipping Sauce
- Mix all the above and let sit in the fridge for an hour to let the flavours come out.
Garlic Dipping Sauce
- Bring all to a boil to dissolve the sugar, cool and serve.
