Warm Chicken Caesar Salad
Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (or 6-8 chicken filets)2 tsp gourmet Caesar salad dressing
1 tsp salt free garlic and herb spice blend
1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Preparation
Slice chicken breasts into bite size pieces adding to a large Ziploc® brand Zip 'n Steam™ Microwave Steam Cooking Bag as you cut. Add dressing then sprinkle with spice. Smoosh the chicken and spice together, so that the chicken looks coated. Microwave at high for 4 1/2 minutes. Let rest for 1 minute before opening. (The center of your largest piece of chicken should read 180º F.) Break lettuce into basket of salad spinner. Spin dry. Drain water from spinner bowl then transfer leaves from spinner basket to bowl. Toss leaves with dressing until well coated. To serve, layer coated lettuce leaves with hot chicken, Parmesan cheese, bacon bits and croutons.
