Asparagus Smoked Salmon Roll Up
Salmon, asparagus and light cream cheese.

Ingredients45 Gram Smoked Salmon
2 Small Asparagus Spears, Blanched, Refreshed, Patted Dry
20 Gram Light Cream Cheese
1/8 tsp. Lemon Juice
Blanch and refresh asparagus. In a bowl beat cream cheese and lemon juice. Place cream cheese mixture in center of smoked salmon. Cut asparagus in half and place 2 halves on top of cream cheese. Roll smoked salmon around asparagus.
