IngredientsÂ¼ Cup of Balsamic Vinegar
Â¾ tsp Dijon Whole Grain Mustard
Â¾ Cup of Vegetable Oil
Place Vinegar, Strawberries and Dijon into a Sealable Jar, Using an Emersion Blender: Puree The Mix Until Smooth. With The Emersion Blender Still Running Slowly Pour in the Oil Until Thickened. Use as a Dressing, Tossing your Leaves of Choice in a Medium Mixing Bowl.
